Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on kkpearldecor.com. Please read them before you order. Last updated 4 November 2026.
About us
KK Pearl Decor is the trading name of K K Pearl Decor Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13378991, VAT number GB380442017), registered office 21 Bailey Close, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 4FT. You can contact us at customer@kkpearldecor.com.
Your order
When you place an order and your payment is taken, we email you an order confirmation. That email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. If we cannot accept your order, for example because a fabric is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Each piece is handmade to order. Fabrics are natural and hand cut, so pattern placement may differ slightly from the photographs, and screens can show colours a little differently. If colour matters, ask us for a fabric sample or a daylight photo before you order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is added at checkout. Discount codes, such as SAVE20, apply to the goods before delivery and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, or spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay. If you choose Klarna or Clearpay, your agreement with them is governed by their own terms.
Making and delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to make your order before it is despatched.
- UK: Royal Mail, £3.60 per order.
- International: £17 per order by Royal Mail International Tracked DDP. Customs duties and import taxes are included, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
We email you a tracking number when your order leaves our studio. Delivery times after despatch are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control. If your order is late, please contact us and we will help.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can claim from the courier, and we will offer you a replacement or a refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are not affected.
Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order for standard items within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that time, then return the items unused and in their original condition within a further 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back.
This right does not apply to items made to your own specification or clearly personalised, such as personalised initial cushions, bespoke sizes, curtains, blinds and other made to measure work. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
See our Returns and Refunds page for how to get in touch.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
