Returns and Refunds

Every KK Pearl Decor piece is handmade to order in our Lancashire studio, just for you. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged

Please email us at customer@kkpearldecor.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Our courier needs this photographic evidence for us to make a claim. Once we have your email and photos, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
