I ordered this item on 4/9 and revived it 4/28 (later than expected). The item wasn't what I expected and I reached out to the seller the same day it was received. The item in the photo was not what they sent and the measurements were wrong. So, I wanted to return it. The seller advised that she would not be able to accept a return due to the policy. In other words, I'm stuck paying almost $200 for pillows shams that I don't like. She received 2 stars only because she responded in a timely manner however, I'm displeased with the way this company handles customer's as it pertains to returning unused items! Not happy at all!!! Hi, I’m sorry to see this review, but I’d like to clarify that it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. The issue raised in our messages was not about quality, size, or delivery. The customer opened a case asking where the pillow inserts were, as she received pillow covers only. However, the order was placed for covers only, as clearly stated in the listing. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and the customer expected cushions to be included. It’s unfortunate that I’m unable to share screenshots of our conversation here for full transparency.

Nice cushion cover, ordered one a while ago and then another to match though the second one was duck egg, not grey as ordered. Have kept it as fortunately it goes with the colour scheme

The cushion cover is nice but was described as grey and bought to match one I bought earlier, however it's duck egg. Fortunately the colour scheme in the room is grey and duck egg so I'm happy to keep it. If it had been for a different room though I would have had to return it.
