We aim to have your items despatched within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times given are approximate as we cannot predict unexpected delays, and all items are sent via Royal Mail or couriers.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to let you know.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your parcel.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel dispatched and also on the delivery location. Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout.
UK Mainland Postage by Royal Mail (recorded & tracked)
Orders placed on a weekend will be posted out on the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday Monday).
For international buyers, we ask that you please check postage costs before you place an order. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes and are not paid by KK Pearl Decor. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
We have made every effort to display the colours accurately on our website. We cannot guarantee that any computer display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the goods. The goods received may vary slightly from images of the goods on the website. Please note due to size of fabric repeat, each cushion cover produced will feature a different cut of the cloth, and a differing front and back.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will then require you to send an email/photograph to us so that we can see the damage and discus the return. After we receive your email, an exchange or refund will be offered. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Generally speaking, we do not accept returns on any of our items as they are custom made to order. We are a small family business, and it would not be feasible to run otherwise.
If you’re unsure about the colour before your purchase, please purchase some samples to see what will fit best in your room. .
